Poetry With Me

I have been MIA for a while now. Not that I ever meant to be.

Life seems to have just gotten in the way of writing, posting, feeling.

I’ve been a bit lost.

And writing normally brings me solace but even that has been put on the back burner.

I wonder if other people feel this way from time to time.

Do you ever feel lost? Do you ever feel as if the world could swallow you whole and no one would notice?

Time has a funny way of sneaking up on you and making you realize that you have been unconscious for far too long.

But don’t worry, I seem to finally be waking up.
